Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use guessregistered.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Guessregistered Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, service or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. If someone works in your home, that person is an independent provider, not Guessregistered Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being matched with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available to serve your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications, warranties and conduct.

For General Information

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different. What fits one house may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Any dollar figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They shift with the job, the location, the equipment and the labor. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

What we say about energy efficiency is general. We do not promise any level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Stay Safe

HVAC equipment involves electricity and refrigerant. In many homes it also involves natural gas or propane. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, get out of the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Get Paid

Guessregistered Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of This Site

We work to keep the information here correct and current. We cannot warrant that it is complete or without errors.
