How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who contacts Guessregistered Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Guessregistered Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we matched you with

When the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest. A provider that keeps falling short of what we expect may be removed from the network. Please know that Guessregistered Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send Us a Complaint

Email contact@guessregistered.lat and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Send It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with an HVAC contractor, your state contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
